AIM
We provide a reliable role by taking up the responsibility of ensuring good standard of healthcare for our clients at all times when contracted.
• Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
• Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
• Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
• Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills where clients have mobility difficulties.
• To sustain the company’s’ continuity and for profit growth.
• Working with other healthcare agencies to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards by being sub-contracted to carry out further healthcare roles.
OBJECTIVES
We prioritize our objectives for raising the level of health and improving the efficiency of the health care system ensuring that at least 100% of our staff are properly trained health care workers.
Objectives listed as follows:
• To reduce mental and physical health hazards for those parts of the home users not only in the care homes, residential homes, but also in the living support in population area who need support for their wellbeing.
• Improving the health of the population we serve.
• Responding to people’s expectations on wellbeing.
• To improve the accessibility of good mental and physical health care for those patients whose present access is unsatisfactory.
• Providing and supporting manpower against ill-health.
• While trying to achieve the objectives keep customers happy.

Our mission to create a safe environment by emphasizing precautions, safety, and welfare of our patients. We do that by striving to lower medical errors, reduce re-admissions and educate our patients on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
